SG Wiki

The '61 Les Paul Tribute was introduced in late 2013, slotting under the SG Original within the lineup, and only differing from that model in the tremolo and truss rod cover. It features the "Sideways" vibrola seen only on 1961 SGs, which Gibson says they re-engineered for this model to correct the flaws of the original design. This model had a short production run, ending before the start of 2014.
