The Judas Priest Signature SG was announced in December 2005 and released in 2006 as a bundle deal with the Judas Priest Signature Flying V. It was the first ever batwing style SG "reissue" to have the correct 1966-1968 heel design and control cover shape, and since then, only the Robby Krieger Signature SG has gotten it right as well. Production was limited to 30 units and each one was signed and ink-stamped with a serial in the format "Judas XX".
