Gibson has made various sparkle finish SG Standards over the years. In 2007-2008, a run of Historic Standards were done in various Sparkle finishes, but those are listed under the Historic Standard spec list here because the only difference is the finish.
Unlike most Historic SG Standards, these models do not use an amber tinted clearcoat to give the inlays and binding a slightly aged look.

2018 Custom Shop[]
This is a very unique model because it was made in the Custom Shop, but used the body design and many features from the USA SG Standard. The only other Custom Shop SG to do this was the Custom Shop Standard Korina. However, this model adds another twist by adding Historic style deep bevels, but only in the cutaways.
